Monthly rental apartment with 2 en-suite bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Chamberí
Very bright and in a strategic location
Apartment for temporary rental (from 32 days to 11 months)
Chamberí needs no introduction, but living in this specific section places you in one of the most elegant and orderly areas of the district, a stone's throw from the Rubén Darío roundabout and the cultural life offered by the Sorolla Museum, or ideal for academic profiles, as it allows direct access to centers such as NYU Madrid or Schiller International University, combining the residential prestige of the neighborhood with excellent connectivity.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a living-dining room where light is the true star. An open-plan space visually separates the relaxation area in front of the television from a dining area, the perfect place to set up your laptop and work comfortably or enjoy meals.
The kitchen is cleverly integrated into this environment, with all the appliances included for everyday use, such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
Rest is guaranteed with two double bedrooms of similar size, a rare find. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. One of them includes a desk area.
In addition, there are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high-speed wifi.
Living here means having the Castellana thoroughfare at your fingertips and direct access to metro lines 5 and 10, such as Alonso Martínez (L4, L5, and L10) just 4 minutes away, and Rubén Darío (L5) and Colón (L4) 7 minutes away. It's a contemporary haven, fully equipped with air conditioning and high-speed internet, designed for those who need to arrive in Madrid and have everything sorted from the very first night.

About Chamberí
Chamberí is a charming Madrid district with a modern touch. Neighbourhoods like Almagro and Trafalgar are popular with professionals and families thanks to their lively nightlife, with bars and restaurants such as La Violeta and El Patio de Chamberí. The district also has green spaces like Enrique Herreros Park and a strong educational offering, including schools such as Santa María del Pilar. Chamberí is easy to access via metro stations like Iglesia (Line 1) and Quevedo (Line 2). It’s ideal for anyone looking for a traditional, “castizo” Madrid style with a vibrant atmosphere.
Frequently asked questions you may have about temporary rentals
I liked an apartment, can I visit it?
Yes, if you have chosen an apartment from our website and wish to visit it, please write to us at madrid@atemporalrent.com indicating your name, email, phone number, and the apartment reference so that a sales agent can contact you. You can also call us at 91 078 60 63 during business hours.
A sales agent will get in touch with you to coordinate a visit, provided that the apartment is available for the dates you require.
What do I need to book this apartment in Madrid right now?
The documents you need to provide will vary depending on the reason for your stay in Madrid if you are:
A. Student
B. Employee
C. Corporate bookings (company)
D. Self-employed
You can see the details in booking conditions.
Afterwards, to formalize the reservation, a payment equivalent to at least one monthly rental installment must be made. Depending on the case, the total initial payment can also be made at the time of booking, which includes:
- Security deposit: 1 or 2 monthly installments (depending on the duration of the contract).
- First and second month's rent (or proportional parts, according to the entry/exit dates).
- ITP (Property Transfer Tax), where applicable.
How can I make the payment for the reservation?
You can make the payment in three ways:
- Bank transfer: We recommend an immediate transfer, especially if the check-in is soon. If the funds are not in our account before check-in, we will not be able to proceed with the entry.
- Credit card payment at the office at Passeig de Gràcia 85, 2nd floor, 08008 Barcelona. Payment by card may involve an additional management fee.
- Online payment link: We can send you a payment link via email or phone so you can complete the transaction conveniently and securely.

Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Some apartments accept pets and others do not, depending on each owner's policy and the building's community rules.
We recommend contacting our team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via:
- Email: madrid@atemporalrent.com
- Madrid Phone: 91 078 60 63
Who is responsible for community fees and property taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
