Monthly rental Penthouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, pool and parking in Hortaleza
with double terrace, open views and urbanization with all services
Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)
If you're looking for a temporary rental in Madrid that breaks with the standard of a closed apartment, this penthouse in Hortaleza stands out for its two private terraces and a strategic location for professionals in the north of the capital.
The home departs from the conventional by offering a bright daytime area where the living-dining room and L-shaped kitchen are integrated to maximize space.
From the dining room you can access a first terrace of 6 m², ideal for having breakfast outdoors, but the real difference appears when you go up the spiral staircase: a private solarium of 15 m² that becomes the perfect place to work remotely with total privacy or disconnect under the Madrid sky.
The sleeping area is separate to ensure privacy, with the master suite featuring its own dressing room, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outside. A second double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a second full bathroom with shower ensure comfort for stays of several months. Climate comfort is guaranteed with ducted air conditioning and individual heating, as well as a stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the property.
Living in this penthouse means enjoying the benefits of a premium residential complex, including a parking space, swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and sports facilities—highly sought-after amenities that simplify daily life in the city. Located in a well-established residential area of Hortaleza, you'll have the tranquility of a green environment with the advantage of being just minutes from El Corte Inglés department store in Sanchinarro and with immediate access to the A-1 and M-11 highways. With the María Tudor light rail station only 13 minutes away, it's the perfect option for those who need to be well-connected to IFEMA or the airport without sacrificing an exclusive outdoor space.

About Hortaleza
Hortaleza is one of those northern Madrid neighbourhoods where you can truly feel a calmer pace—without being “far from everything.” It has a very residential, family-friendly vibe, with local shops, parks, and an everyday rhythm that’s more relaxed than the city centre, yet still packed with useful services.
Its green side shines in places like Parque Juan Carlos I and Valdebebas Forest Park, perfect for walking, cycling, or simply switching off. And if you’re in the mood for something different, being close to IFEMA is a plus, with fairs, conferences, and events that bring extra energy to the area at certain times of the year.
Getting around is easy thanks to good metro and bus connections, with stations like Mar de Cristal (a key interchange) and Hortaleza, plus quick road access toward the airport and major routes. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you want peace, open spaces, and practical day-to-day living, while keeping Madrid within easy reach.
Frequently asked questions you may have about temporary rentals
I liked an apartment, can I visit it?
Yes, if you have chosen an apartment from our website and wish to visit it, please write to us at madrid@atemporalrent.com indicating your name, email, phone number, and the apartment reference so that a sales agent can contact you. You can also call us at 91 078 60 63 during business hours.
A sales agent will get in touch with you to coordinate a visit, provided that the apartment is available for the dates you require.
What do I need to book this apartment in Madrid right now?
The documents you need to provide will vary depending on the reason for your stay in Madrid if you are:
A. Student
B. Employee
C. Corporate bookings (company)
D. Self-employed
You can see the details in booking conditions.
Afterwards, to formalize the reservation, a payment equivalent to at least one monthly rental installment must be made. Depending on the case, the total initial payment can also be made at the time of booking, which includes:
- Security deposit: 1 or 2 monthly installments (depending on the duration of the contract).
- First and second month's rent (or proportional parts, according to the entry/exit dates).
- ITP (Property Transfer Tax), where applicable.
How can I make the payment for the reservation?
You can make the payment in three ways:
- Bank transfer: We recommend an immediate transfer, especially if the check-in is soon. If the funds are not in our account before check-in, we will not be able to proceed with the entry.
- Credit card payment at the office at Passeig de Gràcia 85, 2nd floor, 08008 Barcelona. Payment by card may involve an additional management fee.
- Online payment link: We can send you a payment link via email or phone so you can complete the transaction conveniently and securely.

Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Some apartments accept pets and others do not, depending on each owner's policy and the building's community rules.
We recommend contacting our team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via:
- Email: madrid@atemporalrent.com
- Madrid Phone: 91 078 60 63
Who is responsible for community fees and property taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
